JAMES GANT

James Gant is a passionate and driven artist who grew up in South East Asia, eventually finishing high school in Western Australia. His time in Perth has given him the opportunity to write, act and direct. Passionate to find stories to tell, James has the determination to focus all of his attention into the details of his character work and the story it tells.

James has an ever growing list of theatrical experience and now having completed the Diploma of Acting at WAAPA in 2022, is ready for more. James has only grown stronger in his passion for the arts, where he started to write and act alongside his friends in their own original theatre performances and short films.

He has trained now with a number of industry personalities who each inspire a different working ability in the craft of acting and storytelling. James is well-versed in physical theatre due to his martial arts background and has a unique love of the great classics and epics of theatre as well as the immersion of film.
