Travis has completed both a Bachelor of Theatre Arts and Acting Honours at Curtin University. Focusing his Honours year on studying the vulnerability of an actor with extensive training in the processes of Sanford Meisner and Jacques Lecoq. He has appeared in The Importance of Being Earnest, The Laramie Project, Blackrock, Radium Girls, and more. Also an active participant in Perth fringe festival and community theatre, Travis has acted in many lower budget and original productions that have accumulated Fringe and Finley awards.
He has appeared in ‘The Claremont Murders’ as well as acting in a number of university and TAFE short films, including the pilot for award winning short ‘The Keys’. He has also has appeared in multiple commercials.
