Rachel Parker

Rachel is a confident and competent 22yo living with Down Syndrome. She is passionate about showcasing her abilities so that others may be inspired to “have a go”.
Rachel works for a dentist 2 days/week and in kindy at a school one day/week. She also volunteers at a playgroup and does some public speaking.
She competes in Ballroom Dancing, is a member of the Aqua Jetty swim squad and enjoys Zumba. Other hobbies include knitting, cooking and watching reality TV.
As to previous experience, Rachel has been a part of the recent “Take a Seat at the Table” campaign for the Western Australian Electoral Commission, in both television and print advertising.
