KATRINA SHUTE
Shouting out “I want egg” from a swimming pool for a national Hungry Jacks commercial was Katrina’s small screen debut at the age of 14. Several commercials and a small role in a miniseries ensued before she embarked on a decade long career as a television news journalist and anchor for Network Ten. Katrina worked as a presenter for ABC radio before heading overseas for stints in San Diego, Las Vegas and Hong Kong.
Now back in Melbourne, Katrina is working as a media trainer and presenter, and has revived her love for acting. She has most recently appeared on screens in the US and Australia playing a relocation expert for HGTV show House Hunters International, and as an extra in Netflix series Gymnastics Academy.
A mother of three daughters, Katrina has a passion for outdoor pursuits, including snow skiing, water skiing, netball and hiking as well as a keen interest in yoga.
Living overseas for 11 years gave her the ability to mimic most accents, from American to British and European, as well as an enormous love for travel.
