Coming from a strong arts background, Nick has aspired to be an actor for most of his life. Since leaving school, Nick’s Original Scripted Production was featured in Performing Arts Perspectives at His Majesty’s Theatre. He has now completed FTI’s Diploma of Screen Acting course and is to appear in Upstart Theatre Company’s production of The Tempest, as Ferdinand. Nick has returned to John Curtin to run master classes for current students and his work is being used as an example for TEE Drama students around the state. In 2005 he joined the Climbing Vine Theatre Company and at just 26 years of age has already acted in nineteen staged productions, ranging from epic fantasy stories involving plenty of stage fighting with swords, knives and had-to-hand, horror stories, dramas, skit style comedies and musical comedies in which he played a member of a boy band called ‘Man Parts’ which featured on ‘Australia’s Got Talent’ 2010. He has also had roles in short films including ‘Hidden Creatures’ in 2006, alongside Bud Tingwell and Jill Perryman. He has also starred in his first feature film ‘Inner Circle’ which was an Official Selection at the 2011 Arizona International Film Festival. He is currently working with Climbing Vine Theatre as a teacher and Director and also with Constable Care as a puppeteer and performer.
