Joel Lally
Joel loves to play sport, especially football and cricket. He is involved with Junior Australian Rules Football at present. Joel watches golf and cricket with his dad and brother. He also loves acting out with his brother and sister regularly putting on performances for family and friends. Joel loves to play sport, especially football and cricket. He is involved with Junior Australian Rules Football at present. Joel watches golf and cricket with his dad and brother. He also loves acting out with his brother and sister regularly putting on performances for family and friends. He recently performed with his brother an Abbott and Costello baseball skit “Who’s on First” in front of the school. Joel also listens to music on his ipod and drawing his favourite comic book characters, especially batman. Joel is currently in Grade 4, he enjoys going to school. When he gets home he’s straight out at the back yard kicking the footy with his brother or playing cricket (to unwind) then he’ll watch his favourite shows, DVD’s and play a bit of the Wii from time to time. Joel also loves being with his friends, playing sport with them. For two years he studied and performed on stage with The Johnny Young Talent School. He loves building Lego, is a member of the Lego club and has recently started up a blog on Lego. Any money he makes he is going to donate to charity. Luke is currently in Grade 4 and as soon as he gets home he’s straight out at the back yard kicking the footy or playing cricket with his brother. David’s first film was at the age of nine with the child lead in the feature film Sumuru, directed by Academy Award nominee Darryl Roodt. Since then David has gone on to do many big things, including representing Australia at the World Championships of Performing Arts (held in L.A, USA). David has also had lead roles in many films, as well as supporting roles in the kid's TV series Wormwood (Disney Channel) and The Sleepover Club 2 (Nickelodeon). Having a strong passion for music, David is a multi-award winning Acoustic-Pop-Rock singer-songwriter, having appeared on Channel 7’s Australia’s Got Talent and Telethon. After graduating (1996) he moved to London and spent the next two years touring the UK and Europe performing Shakespeare (MacBeth and The Tempest) with the Jactito Theatre Company. Various roles followed in film, television and theatre, working with the BBC and the Discovery Channel and several fringe theatres (Two Way Mirror/ Black Dog) plus The Da Vinci Code (directed by Ron Howard with Tom Hanks and Audrey Tautou). Simon returned to Perth in 2006 to study a Masters in Film and Television at Curtin University, graduating with distinction in 2009. Since being back in Perth he has acted in several film productions including the DigiSPAA award winning film "Little Sparrows" directed by Yu-Hsiu Camille Chen. less
